SUJALAM GRANULES is an eco-friendly bio-based Super Absorbent Polymer (Bio-SAP) manufactured from renewable plant-derived starch/cellulose backbone in Pune, India — a biodegradable alternative to synthetic polyacrylate SAPs for sustainable farming. Unlike conventional SAPs, SUJALAM is ≥90% biodegradable in 180 days (ISO 17556), leaving no persistent polymer residues in soil. Absorbs 150–250 g/g (DI water) and 50–100 g/g (soil water).
