MAPECTIN Food Grade Pectin is a natural citrus pectin (E440) extracted from fresh citrus peel under ISO 22000 and FSSAI certified conditions in India. Available in High Methoxyl (HM, DE>50%) for traditional jams, jellies, and marmalades, and Low Methoxyl (LM, DE<50%) for low-sugar, no-added-sugar, and dairy products.
